Through this registration form, you can book your hotel accommodation and confirm your participation in the Social Events.

Here you can select your registration type. Please note that early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline, 15 July 2025. After the early bird deadline expires, all unpaid registrations are switched automatically to the valid registration fee of the day.

• Participation in all sessions
• Congress material
• Cultural trip on Wednesday 15 October
• Congress dinner on Thursday 16 October
• Lunches & coffee breaks, according to the program

This fee type grants participation in the Congress Dinner, and the Cultural Trip. Access to congress sessions, coffee breaks and lunches is not included.

The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to join the Congress Dinner and Cultural Trip! These social events are included in your registration fee, but it is necessary to inform us of your attendance to ensure their optimal organization. If you have an Accompanying person, please make sure you have selected the respective fee in the Registration Type page. 

We are pleased to inform you that we have reserved for you a limited number of rooms at special rates in 3 hotels within walking distance of the Congress Venue. Reservations at the specific rates can only be made via this registration form and until rooms are sold out.

To book a room with us, select the preferred dates. Stay extensions or earlier arrival is also possible depending on room availability, please send us your request by e-mail. If you prefer to make your own arrangements, please tick the No Accommodation needed box.
