We are pleased to inform you that as an invited participant, 1-night accommodation is being provided.

The booking includes a room for single or double use, with breakfast (Check in:17/02/23 – Check out:18/02/23) at WorkNomads LAB Hotel, Sofia.

In order to confirm your reservation please fill in the specific dates, and click on the “search” button.

If you wish to extend your accommodation for 1 extra night the cost is 65€. If a person is sharing your room, please fill in her/his name.

Organised Transfers

A bus will be arranged from Thessaloniki to Sofia round trip based on the Conference Programme.

Depending on the number of requests additional transfers could be organized from Kozani & Xanthi. Please register your interest below.

The exact departure time will be announced at a later stage. For your preparation, please note that the buses will leave early in the morning on Friday 17 February and return late in the evening, on Saturday 18 February.
