Registration fees
The registration fee includes all tuition costs, subsistence during the summit (coffee breaks and lunch).
There is also the option to book 1 night accommodation at the Marriott Hotel Budapest (check-in on 31 March and check-out on 1 April 2023). Please note that there is a limited availability, first come, first served.
The ticket for the networking dinner on the 31st of March is sold separately at 60 euro. Please select it in the registration form if you wish to attend it.
General Terms and Conditions
EANS and EUROSPINE reserve the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the summit for marketing purposes which may include YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course — no cancellation charge.
• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).
Payment terms
1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)
2. Invoices are due as soon as you receive them. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.
3. Onsite payments are not accepted.
4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
