Registration fees
The registration fee includes all tuition costs, subsistence during the summit (coffee breaks and lunch).
There is also the option to book 1 night accommodation at the Marriott Hotel Budapest (check-in on 31 March and check-out on 1 April 2023). Please note that there is a limited availability, first come, first served.
The ticket for the networking dinner on the 31st of March is sold separately at 60 euro. Please select it in the registration form if you wish to attend it.
EUROSPINE Member Fee
Member fees only apply to accepted members of EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe, who have paid their membership fee for the current year, otherwise the regular fee will apply. If you are unsure about your membership status, please login to your personal user profile and if necessary pay-up your membership fees prior to the event. If the membership fee is not paid, the difference to the non-member registration fee will be charged.
You are not yet a member, but would like to benefit from the reduced registration fees? Apply for EUROSPINE Membership until 31 January 2023 to become a member and activate your membership with your first payment, before the event, to grant eligibility for the reduced member registration fee.
General Terms and Conditions
EANS and EUROSPINE reserve the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the summit for marketing purposes which may include YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course — no cancellation charge.
• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).
Payment terms
1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)
2. Invoices are due as soon as you receive them. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.
3. Onsite payments are not accepted.
4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
