Registration fees
The registration fee includes all tuition costs and subsistence during the course (coffee breaks and lunches).
The Networking dinner will take place on Monday 16 November. The ticket is sold separately. More information available soon.
Accommodation can be booked at Riviera Hotel Carcavelos (Rua Bartolomeu Dias, Junqueiro 2775-551 Carcavelos)
General Terms and Conditions
EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the course/meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to Lilit Ghukasyan.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course — no cancellation charge.
• Cancellation between 5 and 4 weeks before the course — 50% of course fee cancellation charge.
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).
Payment terms
1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)
2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.
3. Onsite payments are not accepted.
4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
