Registration fees

The registration fee includes all tuition costs, subsistence during the meeting (coffee breaks and 1 lunch) and access to Wednesday Joint Sessions at ESMINT Congress. Please make sure to tick the ESMINT registration box if you wish to attend the Wednesday programme.

Only EANS Members can benefit from a reduced rate including 2 or 3 nights' accommodation at the Ibis Styles Nice Vieux-Port.

Delegates registered for the ESMINT Congress can benefit from a reduced rate. ESMINT confirmation letter will need to be submitted during the registration for the Vascular meeting.

The ticket for the Gala Dinner (5 September) is sold separately at 70 euro. (Venue: Le Galet, 3 Prom. des Anglais, 06200 Nice, France). Please select it in the registration form if you wish to attend it.

General Terms and Conditions

EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course/meeting — no cancellation charge.

• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).

Payment terms

1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)

2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.

3. Onsite payments are not accepted.

4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
