Excursion

Excursion to Armolia, Pyrgi & Mastic Museum - 17 May 2026

Join us for an exclusive congress excursion to the famous Mastic Villages! Our first stop is Armolia, well known for its beautiful ceramics, followed by Pyrgi, the “painted village,” with its unique architectural facades and the 12th-century church of the Holy Apostles.

Next, we visit the Mastic Museum to explore traditional cultivation, the history of mastic, and its uses. A short stop at a mastic tree grove leads us to Mesta, a medieval village with narrow alleys and defensive architecture, featuring the churches Old and New Taxiarchis and one of its historic iron doors. We will end this tour with lunch, before heading back to say goodbye and leave for home.
