Registration fees
FULL COURSE (Part 1 + Part 2)
The registration fee includes Part 1- Theoretical (2-day web seminars on 18 & 25 March 2025) + Part 2 - Hands-On Session (31 March -1 April 2025, Milan), including all tuition costs, subsistence during the course and a Networking Dinner on 31 March.
There is also the option to book 2 nights accommodation (check-in on 30 March and check-out on 1 April) at the Novotel Milano Ca’ Granda.
PART 1 Only - Theoretical web seminars
The registration fee will give access to the virtual 2-day theoretical part taking place 18 & 25 March 2025. There is no limit number for this session.
General Terms and Conditions
EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the course/meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course — no cancellation charge.
• Cancellation between 5 and 4 weeks before the course — 50% of course fee cancellation charge.
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).
Payment terms
1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)
2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.
3. Onsite payments are not accepted.
4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
