Registration fees

Registration fees include coffee breaks, 1 lunch and a welcome reception.

The welcome reception will take place on 28 May after the Pre-meeting Hands-On Courses.

The ticket for the Networking Dinner (29 May) taking place at TERRAZZO ~ ROOFTOP (Doca de Faro, Bu Said IBN Harune, 1ºandar, 8000-541 Faro, Portugal) is sold separately at 40 euro.

 

Accommodation

There is also the option to book your accommodation at the meeting venue - AP Eva senses Hotel. The price of the room is 187 euro per night (including VAT, city tax all and breakfast). Please note that there is a limited availability, first come, first served.

YOUNG NEUROSURGEONS PRE-MEETING Hands-On Courses (Not part of the YNM scientific programme)

Delegates will also have the opportunity to attend on 28 May morning (before the YN Meeting) 1 of the 3 pre-meeting hands-on workshops. Please view HERE the programmes. The registration fee is 50 euros for Basic Skills and Endoscopy, and 25 euros for Multimodal Monitoring.

 

General Terms and Conditions

EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the course/meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.

 

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course — no cancellation charge.

• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).

 

Payment terms

1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)

2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.

3. Onsite payments are not accepted.

4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
