Registration fees

Registration fees include coffee, lunch breaks and access to the ESMINT Congress on Thursday 3 September (all day). The EANS-ESMINT joint session will take place on Wednesday 2 September from 10:30-12:00 at the ESMINT Congress. Following the session, attendees will return to the EANS meeting to continue with the scheduled programme.

Please make sure to tick the ESMINT registration box if you wish to attend the ESMINT Thursday programme (on 3 September).

Delegates who wish to also attend the Friday programme of the ESMINT Congress may purchase a day pass for €300 via the ESMINT registration platform.

The Hands-On Workshop: Microvascular Mastery in Neurosurgery will be held on 31 August at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Marseille Vieux Port (15 minutes walking distance from the Pharo Congress Center). The cost of the registration is 150 euro and it can be purchased via this registration from. There are limited places available.

The EANS will join again the ESMINT Congress networking event on Thursday 3 September.
The ticket can be purchased via the registration form. More info will be available soon.

General Terms and Conditions

EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course/meeting — no cancellation charge.

• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).

Payment terms

1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)

2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.

3. Onsite payments are not accepted.

4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
