Registration fees

The registration fee includes all tuition costs, subsistence during the meeting (coffee breaks and lunch) and access to Wednesday Joint Sessions at ESMINT Congress (all day at ESMINT). Please make sure to tick the ESMINT registration box if you wish to attend the Wednesday programme.
There is also the option to book your accommodation at the Mercure Marseille Centre Vieux Port (Standard Room Single: EUR 182.00, Double: EUR 205.00, including VAT, Taxes and Breakfast).

NEW THIS YEAR!
This year EANS will join the ESMINT Congress networking event on Thursday 4 September at Casa Delauze. The ticket can be purchased via this registration form. It costs €75 and includes entry to the event and food.
The other new feature of this year’s Vascular Meeting is the Hands-On Workshop: Practical Vascular Neurosurgery that will be held on 6 September at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Marseille Vieux Port (15 minutes walking distance from the Pharo Congress Center). The cost of the registration is 150 euro and it can be purchased via this registration from. There are only 14 places available.

General Terms and Conditions

EANS reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the meeting for EANS marketing purposes which may include the EANS YouTube channel, Facebook page and other social networks. Please let us know if you do not agree with this by sending an e-mail to martina.degregorio@eans.org.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course/meeting — no cancellation charge.

• Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless exceptional extenuating circumstances).

Payment terms

1. You can either pay online by credit card or by bank transfer (Pay later option)

2. Invoices are due upon receipt. In case you cannot make the payment within 1 week from the registration, please contact us.

3. Onsite payments are not accepted.

4. All bank charges must be paid by participants (set bank charges OUR, not SHA)
